T4SD hosted and participated in a series of panels as part of the OECD Forum on Due Diligence in the Garment and Footwear Sector on 1 – 5 February 2021. Notably, T4SD hosted a side-session with the UN Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), which was opened and moderated by DG International Partnerships (DG INTPA), showcasing their joint project on transparency and tra

The side-session featured discussions with project partners such as the Social and Labor Convergence Program (SLCP), the Initiative for Compliance and Sustainability (ICS), as well as key stakeholders in the field such as the Clean Clothes Campaign. In addition to the aforementioned panel, T4SD participated in a roundtable for policy makers and a side session on the Standard Convergence Initiative with the International Apparel Federation (IAF) and the International Textile Manufacturers Federation (ITMF). The sessions served to bring more awareness to project activities and catalyse discussions among change-makers to share best practices and collaborate on future initiatives.
